To place an order, we require:

• A clear photo of a valid driver’s license

• A clear photo of your valid medical cannabis card

How to Place an Order

1. Delivery Scheduling & Order Instructions

   Our Acuity delivery schedule is used to set your ideal delivery window. Please note that compliance credentials must be received and verified before we discuss pricing, products, or order details.

   New Patients

   • Submit the delivery schedule form with your preferred approximate delivery time.

   • Send a clear photo of your valid driver’s license and medical cannabis card.

   • Once credentials are received and verified, we will contact you with next-step order instructions.

   Existing Patients (On File)

   • You may proceed directly to our menu.

   • Make your selections and either:

     • Text a screenshot of your order to us, or

     • Enter “DELIVERY” in the coupon/discount field at checkout to submit your order request.

   Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth, compliant, and efficient delivery process.
